Have any related between OpenGL ES version with libGLESv2.so

Hello,

I developer some games on Android Platform which is using OpenGLES v2. Now I move to use OpenGLES v3 for some cool effect. When I link my project with OpenGL ES shared object. I realize that android ndk have 3 files libGLESv1_CM.so, libGLESv2.so and libGLESv3.so.
So my question is, Have any related between OpenGL ES version with Shared library?
