i need libs for glut on linux can some1 give me a link or were to download the libraries
check this site glut(http://www.opengl.org/developers/documentation/glut/index.html?GLUT) faq for some info that might answer your question .
Also you can download glut from http://www.xmission.com/~nate/glut.html, and compile the src on the linux
Note when you ask about linux stuff please make sure you tell us what version and distro name… aka RedHat 9.0, Turbo Linux, etc.
Most linux distros are shipped with openGL support and libraries.
And your setup will depend on the linux you are running. Like for Redhat just download the glut RPM files and install them.
Note there are a few issues with GLUT shipped with Redhat 9.0. Look in the linux forum for information on this problem and the fix.
