GLsetup with 3dBlasterBanshee and WinME

Help me some one!
I am trying to get OpenGL running with my Creative Labs 3D Blaster Banshee under Windows ME. When I run GLSetup it downloads and installs the files, but then I am limited to 640X480 Resolution, unless I decrease the color depth to 16 color, in which case I can crank it up to 800X600.
Anyone else have this problem/know what is going on, please email me.
