Glide problems and set mode three

ok check this out and tell me how I can fix it please its bugging the hell out of me I have Xp and after I installed it It screwed up my GL and it pisses me off that Microsuck only depends on Crappy Direct x

im really getting more and more angry by the minute some one please help before I go bonkers

Anytime you upgrade your operating system, you should reinstall the correct video drivers for your video card.

www.ati.com

Even if Microsoft provided drivers that had OpenGL, you should be doing this.
