GL_Points look different from the other side

Hi, I’ve managed to render a large cloud of points, and make them alpha blended. But they look fine from one side (as they should be), but not from the opposite direction. Can anyone tell me why this is and how I can make the points look well from all sides?

glDepthMask(GL_FALSE); did the trick
