GL Error: LoadLinearTlb failed : Bad address

I’m getting this error while tyring to do a glDrawPixels in my application, which causes it to crash. My first thought was that I was trying to draw with an invalid array, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Has anyone seen this error before? Any clue as to what the cause could be would be extremely helpful.

I’m developing on an SGI O2, running IRIX 6.5.
