Exporting Geometry With Multiple Elements Using OpenCOLLADA and Maya 2014


I am trying to create a DAE file containing mesh geometry with multiple elements. How can I export a scene this way in Maya 2014?

To be clear, I’m not talking about making the geometry children of some parent geometry. I specifically need one geometry entry with multiple geometry elements, as seen below in Xcode’s geometry attributes inspector.
