Export shader as standalone

I have studied GLSL for a while. So far I have only compiled my shaders within Touchdesigner. I now need to export my shader as a standalone application (Touchdesigner does not allow you you to export standalones).

What programs do you recommend to compile the shader within to export it as standalone? I have worked a lot in processing and know you can export from there but wounder if there are any other good options to implement and export my shaders from.
