I need to draw a few red non-concentric circles in a yellow circle. I have done it, but what I got is a blurry picture. Any idea? Thanks in advance!

Use a pencil or oil paints. Water colours tend to bleed into the paper and can look a bit blurred.
Without a screen shot, there is no way to tell what’s wrong.
