Complete COLLADA Tutorial for DirectX

Hey everyone, I’m very pleased to announce the opening of my website and the first real COLLADA tutorial for DirectX.

Head on over to and you’ll find a very easy to read and helpful tutorial on loading static, skinned and morphing meshes from a COLLADA file and rendering them correctly in DirectX. Complete with source code and full documentation. There’s a lot more tutorials to come, though I’ve covered the most important aspects of COLLADA fully.
