I do not find the extension EXT_compiled_vertex_arrays on the Onyx2 system I use, we have IRIX 6.5 and OpenGL 1.1. If locking of arrays is not possible, are arrays not DMAed to graphics pipe on iR systems?
I’m rendering 212 000 points, all stored in
one vertex array. Achieved frame rate is 30 Hz. Can one do better on one pipe?
