Colour bleeding on all OpenGL games

I have recently installed a graphics card with A nVidia TNT2 M64 chipset and every time I play an openGL based game like Quake III or Elite force the colours start to bleed into each other and other graphics tend to break up into indistinguishable garbage. Do I have a problem with my card or do I need to make some fine tuning on my setup.
Please Help I am desperate

I do not know about any fine tuning that would fix it so probably do you have a problem with the card.
