i was learning Cg Online Tutorial
1st 2nd 3rd 4th Generation GPU and all of that
and then i find a chart


Vertex Transformation -
Primitive assembly Rasterization …etc
as of long process.

is that chart is much important
where it will use. Is it in thinking process at time when program a demo/app related to 3D API.

Yes. If you’re talking about NVidia Cg, then you’re talking shaders. When you start working with shaders, you need to understand the graphics pipeline more intimately. Which is where that chart comes in.
