I have a GeForce 2 GTS. When I play games such as Half-Life I have to adjust my colour correction first before the gamma is bright enough to see anything.
My Father has a GeForce 2 MX - when I load Half-Life on his computer it automatically puts the gamma up to make it bright enought to play.
I also have another major problem.
If I play games such as Quake 3, Ghost Recon, Alice, etc… I can’t then play Half-Life because the gamma correction is reset when the screen changes resolution. This is really annoying having to restart everytime I want to play CS!
Running on Windows 2000, has happened with every nvidia reference drivers tested (I’ve been a fair few in my days). Currently on 22.80
