Ati mobility radeon and openGL

Hi,
in my laptop I’ve an Ati mobility radeon and I can’t use the nvidia driver.
How can I use OpenGL?
tnx

You have an ATI card, therefore you need ATI drivers. NVIDIA is a different company producing different hardware.

Go to www.ati.com, and they will probably redirect you to the website of your laptop manufacturer’s drivers.

I have an ATI Radeaon 7500 32Meg on my laptop(IBM Thinkpad T40). The company that makes your laptop has to make the drivers for the laptop and no one does. So your stuck w/ the DRI drivers.

check out the xig drivers www.xig.com. You have to pay for them, but they work with the ATI Mobility chips. And they support alot more extensions than dri.
