ASUS V6800 DELUXE (32 DDR) + glsetup.exe = Wowsers!

Hi,

I own a ASUS V6800 Deluxe (32 DDR) MultiMedia graphics card with all the trimmings
(3D Glasses, Video Capture Edit./ Output).

I purchased a few games, one being “B-17 Flying Fortress: The Mighty 8th”, and when
I installed and executed the game, it crashed. I picked up the fix (v1.06), and again it
still crashed.

I was refered to this site by a very good friend, and told to download the ‘glsetup.exe’
and allow it to update my OpenGL drivers. He though that they might be out dataed.

Well I downloaded ‘glsetup.exe’, and installed it. My games worked (namely B-17
Flying Fortress). But found that the replaced driver, took out my MultiMedia controls (3D Glasses, TV out option and graphic board settings).

So now I am stuck, need to find out how to implement the new OpenGL driver with my
card, but yet still keep the “Multimedia” controls to use for video editing and 3D Glasses.

Does anyone have a solution or suggestion?

Thank You

I would say uninstall opengl and go to the website for your videocard manufacturer and install the latest drivers there, that should give you both.
