There’s your first problem. If in doubt, buy a copy of the game.

Try downloading your videocards latest drivers, I had the same problem.

Read what Uh pointed out.

That is not the offical version, it some kind of leaked beta build or something. Of course it wont run on every system.

And you should not use it anyway.

Actually, the CoD demo IS a beta version… (I learned this between my post IN JANUARY! and now…)

I wonder what kind of video card the guy had… oh well… very old post to be bumping.

Anyway it was more a public beta test then a demo so who cares?
