About supporting shader binary format on pc emulation.

When calling glGetBooleanv(GL_NUM_SHADER_BINARY_FORMATS, &numBinaryFormats), Its implementation returns 0 to numBinaryFormats on my pc using powervr lib. Doesn’t It support binary format on pc??
