6800 vs x800 vx Wildcat

I have been gaining experience with GLSL on a GeForce 6800 Ultra over the past few months. I have learned some of the limitations as well as strengths of this card/driver combination.

I was wondering how the 6800 compares with the ATI x800 and 3Dlabs Wildcat Realizm cards.

Has anyone done any comparisons in terms of performance or functionality? What did you learn?

The 6800 lets you get away with syntax errors that the others catch.

The 6800 has very good performance. The 5000 series, however, does not.
