3ds Camera

Does anybody know how to use the information
for the Camera in 3D Studio Max…??
I’m trying to set it up, but it’s always
in the wrong position from the Mesh.
Perhaps some code to demonstrate this…??
Or a link to where I can find some information about 3D Studio Max Camera’s ??

The default local axis system of the camera in 3ds max
is oriented the following way :
x axis : from left to right
y axis : from bottom to up
the camera point to negative z axis.
So, depending on the axis system u r using in ur engine, it could
be necessary to convert the camera matrix to fit the engine axis system.

Tell me more for advanced disco stuff : ) !!!
moreover if u r using hierarchical objects be sure to have done a resetX form before linking them.
