3D Scanning and "Surface Matching"


I have a question on a somehow complex problem.
I have 4 point clouds from a 3D-Scanner and I have to put them all together.

The model which is scanned is a human. So I have to deal with a slight deformation of each point cloud´, since humans have the bad habit to move. The other thing is the human is situated on a plattform which is rotated 90° and then he is scanned.

Is there any good solution to receive a pretty precise model after putting the point clouds together. At the moment I’m fighting with the overlapping of the faces. The precision of the final model is also not what it is supposed to be.
